Curricula Vitae

Jeannine WhiteheadDesigner & Developer

Very early in my career I was catapulted into leading a systems conversion project at Sumitomo Bank of New York. I found I loved working with computer systems and user training. After completing that project, I studied at Parsons School of Design and took an internship at AOL‘s Digital city.

After my internship, I was hired as a web producer at Parlo.com, a language learning site. I was ecstatic. However in the wake of 9/11, the environment in NYC was challenging for dot.com startups and Parlo.com closed its doors.

At that point, I moved back to Massachusetts where I knew I belonged. I joined TripAdvisor (a small startup at the time) and worked remotely for 13 years, performing research, content editing, and tech support. I continued to do design and website work on the side. Technology had begun to change rapidly with the ever-increasing number of devices and I decided to go back to school to get up to speed. I have just finished up my degree in Information Technology at UMass Lowell and am launching Cranberry Digital with my very talented husband.

Our many years of experience have given us wisdom and empathy to bridge the gap for those business owners who are intimidated by the rapidly changing world of technology.
We chose the name Cranberry because Of the local significance of the cranberry and also because of the beautiful color.

Andrew WhiteheadDesigner and Project Manager

From early childhood I’ve loved to design and create. I would sit down and sketch my designs, plan the material and tools I needed, then dive in and build - all manner of things from go carts to jewelry.

I would always pay attention to the smallest detail and iterate until my project had met my own high standards of workmanship. This was the beginning of a career imbued with passion for the design process and for creating designs that people love to own.

I currently design and build innovative medical robots which serve as extensions of a surgeon’s hands, ever perfecting the man-machine experience.

As an extension of that, I help my wife Jeannine design elegant, intuitive and eye catching websites and logos. I also capitalize on my talent for organizational project management to ensure that during every step of the development process, our customers’ requirements and desires are captured and delivered.

Originally from the UK, I immigrated to the USA over 30 years ago. I moved to Boston and fell in love with the European feel. My wife Jeannine and I love the charm of New England, particularly the cranberry bogs.
